So today, my dear readers, we are going to eat meat... and to be more specific a marinated, roasted lamb! To prepare this dish, you will need: - Lamb
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1 red chili (to make life more spicy...)
- 1-2 bay leaves
- Rosemary, oregano and grounded black pepper
- And... a lot of patient

First of all, mix it all together and marinate for at least 8 hours in refrigerator. |
When the meat is ready, put it in the oven for 200-220 degrees Celsius for about 30-40 minutes and enjoy your roast. |
